I just got back from filming an interview for the special features and behind the scenes footage for the DVD of the film THE SIGNIFICANT OTHER. It's been a long road, but it looks as if we're getting close to having this baby finished!

I have been cast in the short film THE CONVERT directed by Corrie Slater, film student at the University of Texas at Arlington. I'll be playing the role of Robert, a young Mormon man who gets a bit more than he bargained for when he encounters a certain older woman while making visits door to door.

I filmed Episode 13 of DAISY POWER today.

I just got back from Austin, where I attended the TXMPA's Lobby Day at the Capitol in support of enhanced film incentives in Texas. It was SO good to see so many members and supporters of our film industry show up to let their voices be heard. I made the trip down with fellow actors Cassie Shea Watson (Acclaim Talent) and Anjanette Clewis (Linda McAlister Talent). While there, we ran into some old friends and also had the opportunity to make some new ones. I'm feeling very positive about the future of film in Texas! I just finished a long weekend of shooting for the short film SIMULACRUM. Did I say a long weekend? That may have been an understatement. It was a very, very long weekend. But, that's okay. I like to work. It was a lot of fun, and everyone in the cast and on the crew was great! I think I'm spoiled, now, after being treated so well on set. Thanks, guys!

I just finished up ADR for the ALLY trailer today down at the sound studio at UTA. What can I say? Quick. Easy. And nice getting to work with Rachel, again. I'm looking forward to seeing the trailer and the prospect of shooting the feature this summer.
